Essential Oils
“Essential oils are concentrated potent, plant energy.” Nadine Artemis
One of the reasons why essential oils are so powerful is because of the powerful monoterpenes that they contain. Monoterpenes help remove toxins, turn on protective genes, stimulate estrogen detoxification, help the liver break down carcinogens, stimulate the lymphatic system and cell death, soothe pain, inflammation and encourage tissues to heal. Just to name a few.
Many oils will also impact and nurture the emotional and spiritual state which is equally as important as their physical benefits. It’s important to process and release emotions from our body so they don’t accumulate and start to manifest as dis-ease.
The following essential oils are, from my research and understanding, the most beneficial for breast health. These oils have many more benefits than are listed, but for the purpose of this course, their benefits related to breast health are what have been outlined.

Here are some brands that carry high quality essential oils. Price is usually a fairly good indicator of quality. The more expensive usually means a higher quality.
