If you had told me….

That my face would change as a result of releasing the stress, trauma and trapped emotions from my body. I would have say there’s no way. The body is incredibly intelligent and our faces reflect not only the stress we cary, but also the thoughts we think and the words we think.

I highly recommend taking photos on a regular basis to keep track of your transformation. It’s also a bit hard to notice your own changes, so having a photo really helps.

Here are some examples. If you’ll notice, as the body releases stress and starts to relax, the face expands and gets wider. Stress contracts and relaxation expands.
