Dried Root infusion: 1-2 cups daily
Cooked, dried or raw root - eaten freely . It’s wonderful in taste and texture. It’s sweet, earthy and I actually prefer it over carrots.
Tincture of fresh root or seeds: 30- 250 drops daily
